Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Many people arrive sensing that something needs to shift but feel unsure where to begin. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, working toward greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each individual. Drawing from mindfulness, existential and narrative frameworks, and Clinical Hypnosis, I adapt the course of treatment to meet your unique needs and goals. Sessions include conversation, experiential processes, and practical tools designed to strengthen awareness, emotional regulation, and choice.

I offer sessions of varying lengths to fit your needs and schedule, from 25 minute sessions to extended 110-minute (or longer) intensives. Sessions can be held in person at my St. Paul office or remotely over video or phone for clients located within Minnesota.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, unwanted habits, creative blocks, or major life transitions, therapy offers a space to move beyond self-criticism and reconnect with your innate capacity for calm, confidence, and creativity.
